Counting days


1st, 2nd, 3rd ......

Cannot stop counting and I hope my life is better than day

1. Get outside more often. Spend time outdoors as you can while doing things that are not too physically stressful. Walk every day will help you avoid depression and decrease any anxiety you may be feeling.

2. Slow down. Relax for a moment. Don't rush so much of the time, and it’s understandable with all that’s going on around us. Make you breathe easier and help you enjoy whatever you are doing more.

3.Get some sleep. Getting a good night's sleep can help reduce the effect of stress. Make sure the room is dark. The darkker it is, the better you'll sleep.

4. Read motivational book.Every once in a while, you read a book that changes you -- inspiring your career, clarifying your goals, challenging your thinking. The right book can give you the courage to start your business, the reality check that you're not yet ready or the quiet affirmation that you're not alone in your fears or ambitions. It can set you on your path to success.
